The Rahu Management Mastery program enables companies to reduce attrition and drive work-life fulfillment by offering unbiased 360-degree coaching and training to their teams and leaders.

The participants learn how to transform their emotional blocks and limiting beliefs into actions that serve them and others. They learn how to unlock resilience and communicate with ease when working with different personalities. Throughout the program, they practice how to inspire action by consistently giving others what they crave.

By pairing an online course with individual coaching and group workshops, the program creates a hands-on learning experience that is immediately applicable and sticks.

The Rahu Retreats and Offsites programs enable companies to create multi-day retreat experiences and single-day off-sites for employees to be able to reconnect, rejuvenate and gain new perspectives.

Rahu partners with local providers within the organization’s chosen geographic area to combine team and skill-building activities while offering individual journeys for mind, body, and spiritual wellness.

The Rahu Retreat Concierge will tailor an individual 1 - 3 day solo retreat path that outlines locations, activities, and accommodation options in nature-immersed locations based on the individual’s specific goals, needs, and preferences. 

The Solo Retreats for Employees serve as a unique employee benefit that can be used in conjunction with Paid Time Off.
